Investor Plodine d.o.o. Rijeka has made investition from north to south and from west to east of Croatia. Zagorje-Tehnobeton Inc. Varaždin has partially participated in the construction of these shopping centers and the participation was related to production and installation of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures.
On shopping mall Plodine Ludbreg, except prefabricated reinforced concrete structure, we participated in excavation and reinforced concrete works and landscaping.
The deadline for the construction of the each building was 55 calendar days. (Pazin, Podravska Slatina, Varaždin 2, Križevci, Požega, Ludbreg, Otočac, Petrinja, Dugo Selo)
