The project was completed to full functionality, with all construction, trade and installation works and landscaping and parking. There is 184 parking spaces for automobiles and 5 bus parking spaces. In this project it was placed 11.000 m3 of concrete, 1.290 t of reinforcement, 800 m3 prefabricated works, there are tennis, handball and basketball court.

Except fixed bleachers there are also telescopic bleachers, a roof structure itself is a range of 63 meters, the building facades is made in combination with aluminum facades and demit facade. The project was completed by public – private partnership model.
