The building of the Cultural Centre and city library was built at the location of Novi Marof - A. Mihanovića bb. The building of Cultural Center is a partial basement storey. Bearing walls are made of reinforced concrete 20 and 25 cm thick.

Between floors ceiling structures are reinforced concrete slabs 20 cm thick, staircases are monolithic, reinforced concrete roof construction partly consists of sloping reinforced concrete slabs on which there are layers of impassable roof.

On the part of the multipurpose hall, a roof structure consists of truss roof rack of square steel pipe profile, and cover carriers - steel rolled I – profiles. The facility was completed to its full functionality, with all construction, trade and installation works.
