Administration building of the Croatian Bishops' Conference was build in phases; I. phase - excavation, construction work in protecting the building pit, AB works (11.000 m3 of concrete and 1.050 t of reinforcement), steel frame porch (130 t), waterproofing works, works on the internal aqueduct and sewer (3.500 m of water pipes and 2.800 m of sewage pipes), sprinkler installation and landscaping. II. phase - gypsum-cardboard works, painter's and floorer's work, works on the technique of swimming pool, elevators, gas installation and asphalt work.
