The construction site covers the area of approximately 200,000 m2 along with four buildings Hall 1, 2, 3 and 4, according to detailed plan. Works that are the subject of the contract include construction works on performing the objects for purpose at hall 1 and 2 that SPAR has rented in area of 40.000,00 m2.

Construction works at hall 3 are including complete performance of the hall according to the requirements of the client / tenant( Mercator) area of 33.000,00 m2. Hall 4 is contracted as an option until a tenant is found, area of 15,600 m2.

Business park Zagreb is the first building in the history of Zagorje Tehnobeton Inc. which is contracted according to the FIDIC Plant and desing – build (1999) – „Turn key“ system, as well as the first in Croatia in general.

The peculiarity of this kind of contract is that contractor completly takes over the performance and design to the full functionality and obtaining the occupancy permit.
